for first year of production,1936, with blued 19in. barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight retaining its slip-over fore-sight protector, elevating notch rear-sight, tap-action breech, plain air-chamber with clear and brightly etched make and model details together with three lines of patent details, walnut saw-handled butt-stock with pressed chequered panels, no provision for fore-end and push button release under-lever, the whole retaining much original finish throughout
